236 units of affordable and market rate family apartments in North Topeka. The
groundbreaking ceremony was June 29, 2007.

The buildings will be a three story
garden style walk up configuration with a clubhouse.
Woodland Park at Soldier Creek offers 42 one bedroom, 146 two bedroom and 48 three bedroom apartments.
